Refill a Prescription
When you have had a prescription filled with A&R Pharmacy, you will be assigned a dedicated customer service representative. Every 25-30 days, after receiving your prescription, you can expect a call from our customer care representative to follow up and inquire if you need a refill. They will also discuss with you how you are doing with your medication. Our pharmacists may make recommendations if they feel you are not getting adequate relief. If your refills have been exhausted, then a member of our pharmacy will notify the physician and request more refills.
